Albert Einstein said "If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough." I like this! Sometime we make things more difficult than we need to. I remember reading about the “which means” method! When you are working on a plan to explain something. Simplify the message until you can no longer say “which means!” Here's and example! We will break down the complicated message.... which means the message will be more simple... which means more people will understand the message... which means more people will respond to the message... which means the message will work better! I hope that made sense.... if not... let's blame Einstein!
