There's a great anonymous quote that says "You can do anything, but not everything." Sometimes we forget this.... ambition can drive us to try... but we will not succeed if we take on too much! Surround yourself with a team and delegate! I know... easier said than done.... I'm just as guilty... but it's amazing how much more you can get done when you get the right people on your team and you hand off the things you shouldn't be doing! Which reminds me..... I should start making my NOT to do list!
