Dale Carnegie said "Develop success from failures. Discouragement and failure are two of the surest stepping stones to success." Another way of looking at this same idea.... find opportunities on your failures! I remember a story a friend told me about a company he worked at. They said we NEVER have problems here... we have opportunities. Whatever the world would see as a problem, they would find an opportunity to fix that problem and the solution would typically make the company money... and make their clients more successful! It's a great idea to find solutions and present these opportunities rather than dwell in a problem! That's no fun at all!
