Martha Stewart said "I find that when you have a real interest in life and a curious life, that sleep is not the most important thing." I love that.... I remember reading about the sleeping patterns of Albert Einstein... he didn't sleep for a long time... but he's get in some naps here and there.... maybe that explains the wild hair he's remembered for... kind of a perpetual bead-head! I don't do that, but I have had my wife ask if I even planned to go to sleep some nights when I'm really involved in a project! I suggest you get your rest, but if you can't wait to get back to whatever you're working on.... it's probably the right thing for you!
