Theodore N. Vail said "Real difficulties can be overcome; it is only the imaginary ones that are unconquerable." I love this quote. I'm sure I do this too, but it's always easier to see this in others. I've helped clients who are fighting an imaginary giant. Something they think is stopping them, but in reality it's their time and effort fighting this imaginary giant that's really slowing them down. I had a client who wanted to fight with their competitors at every opportunity. Every ad we created they wanted to tout them as bigger and better than everyone else. I did everything possible to get them to focus on what they do for their customers and forget the competition completely. Don't fight imaginary giants... instead, make real people happy!
