If you think about the most successful franchise models in the world... they're based on something people like and buy often. BUT if you ask someone about their FAVORITE burger, pizza or taco, the odds are against these franchises to be named. They're trying to appeal to everyone. The local place people LOVE are set to appeal to YOU and YOUR taste! Both models are OK... but you decide which one is for you... then stick to it!
