Charles Darwin said” It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.” I like that. I'm not on the same page as Darwin on everything, but I still appreciate this quote Jay. CHANGE is super important. I've worked in the radio industry in four different decades. When I started we used records and carts in the studio. Now most of that's on a computer. Some people embraced that change, but I know some who rejected the change. Sadly there are some super talented people who no longer in the radio business.
