Willie Nelson said” Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you’ll start having positive results.” I love this! I've heard a similar saying “you usually hit what you're aiming for”... If you spend more time thinking about things that make you sad or mad. Take a moment to make a concerted effort to try really hard to replace those thoughts with something positive. Maybe even make a mental note of something that makes you happy. Remember a fond trip, or a time you felt great. When you're sad or mad... think of that other thing instead... see how long it takes for your results to change too!
