Farrah Gray said “Build your own dreams, or someone else will hire you to build theirs.” This is an excellent quote. I remember talking to a fomer employer about a business I wanted to start. I hadn't worked for them for a few years, but I absolutely respected their opinion and thought pretty highly of them. This decision was the biggest decision I had ever made at this point in my life. I laid out the information... he paused and said. “You should do this.... or I can buy it and you can work for me again” The he smiled and said “I think you're ready to do this” Over a decade later... I'm glad I took his advice!
