Daniel Barrett said “Respect the ones that truly love you and not the ones that think they love you” Think about it in the business world. We've all been in a business where the person working the front counter is also answering calls. People standing there trying to buy something are interrupted by someone calling in to ask a bunch of questions. I'm not saying those people are not important too, but the people standing in line are there! I was just in a place where they answered the phone with “Please hold a moment, I'm with a customer”. It was good for everyone. He got me out of there so he could focus on helping them. GREAT IDEA!
