I remember talking to a guy who had been doing the same thing for many years, but somehow expected different results than before. I asked why? He didn't know why, but knew he needed different results... but I explained that to get that, he needed to change his plans... that will change the outcome. That's like following the instruction on the back of a box of brownies, but expecting a cake! NO... get a cake mix if you want cake! The outcome that you expect will depend on what you're doing to get there more than anything else!
