Dwight Eisenhower said “Leadership is the art of getting someone else to do something you want done because he wants to do it.” I love that quote. President Eisenhower was GENERAL Eisenhower before he was president. He would have know a little something about leadership. Imagine leading the American forces through World War Two!! Most of us will never know the pressure he would have had on his shoulders each and every day. Every decision he made would have an enormous impact on our country... and the world! I'm thankful I don't have that kind of stress here. I'm pretty sure I couldn't do it!
