I've witnessed this very same thing. I worked with an organization that was very disorganized. Several members would go their own way and do their own thing. This pretty much undermined the whole point of the group. That's like everyone in a boat paddling their own way. You're not going anywhere! Put someone in charge and follow their instructions!
