Thomas Jefferson said "We will be soldiers, so our sons may be farmers, so their sons may be artists." Think about this. Each generation can thank or blame the generations before them for their lot in life. The generation before me had an amazing COMMUNITY mind. There are many parks that were planned and built by that generation. Ball diamonds, basketball courts, football and soccer fields. Think of the many kids who grew up in these public spaces who went on to a career in sports. MY generation was not nearly as involved in building these things. We already HAD them... and sadly we took them for granted! This generation had some work to do!
