Stephen Covey said "I am not a product of my circumstances. I am a product of my decisions." I can completely agree with this! I've had things happen in my life that could have crippled me as a business owner. I could have easily curled up and let our company die. There were times that thought passed through my noggin too! Instead we made a DECISION to carry on. To fight the uphill fight to keep things going on the hard days... and to limit the celebrations on the good days, so we don't miss opportunities to grow and help others grow. It was not always easy, as a matter of fact it was USUALLY not easy... but it was the right decision!
