Sir Winston Churchill said "A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty." I love this quote. I should print this one and stick it on my wall! So many times I visit with business people who see the difficulties in their way, but don't even realize that THOSE are all opportunities! If these are things that slow your clients down... they slow you competitors clients down too. Find a way to make it better and easier to work with YOU... and you'll pull people away from others as well... as long as they KNOW about your better way! You can't solve the problem... then keep it a secret. That's not gonna help!
