Napoleon Bonaparte said "Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake." What a great quote. I've had the chance to see this play out in real life. I remember noticing something a competitor was doing that was a really bad idea. I wanted to point out their flaw and let them know before it smacked them in the face. My manager at the time said NO. We will sit back and watch them discover it on their own. The did... it was an expensive goof on their part and was very embarrassing too. I still feel bad for them. I kinda wish I would have told them what I noticed, but my manager agreed with Napoleon. Looking back... that does not surprise me!
