George Burns said "I honestly think it is better to be a failure at something you love than to be a success at something you hate." I love that quote. I know people who are in a field they despise. Their father or grandfather started the company and they were destined to take over. They do it begrudgingly, but they really want to do something else. I worked for a man like that. He was the third generation to be in charge. His children didn't follow in his footsteps. They all took a different path in life, and when he saw that as a possibility, he moved on and became much happier doing what HE wanted to do! Do something you love and you'll be happier!
