Steve Jobs said "The only way to do great work is to love what you do." I love that... I've always loved what I do. I've worked with people who have not. I've never understood that. Why would you put yourself through that each day? I think disliking a job is worse that hating a job. If you hate it... you'll move on pretty quickly... but if you're indifferent and kinda like it but kinda don't like it... you might retire from that soul-sucking job to realize you wasted much of your life on something you're not even passionate about... and WHY? Because they had good benefits? Everyone is different, but I'm the kind of guy who needs to LOVE what I'm doing. It's pretty great!
