You can't drive forward if you're looking in the rear view mirror. That's a sure fire way to have an accident. There's nothing wrong with a quick glance back once in a while. That's actually a good thing... to remember where you've been. But fix your eyes on what lies ahead and focus your time navigating the path forward.
