Confucius said “A great man is hard on himself; a small man is hard on others.” I've witnessed this first hand a few times in my life. It's embarrassing to watch someone take out their frustrations on people who work for them. I've never understood that. How do you think that kind of treatment would ever lead to something positive? If you treat people like dirt... they move on and find someone else who will respect them and APPRECIATE them. If things don't go well... don't be so hard on others. Take a look at what YOU could do to make things better! So many times the answer is something more simple that we realize, but anger will not help!
