You just have to learn to accept and adapt to how you feel." I love this. I had not heard of Jay Shetty before, but I watched several of his videos after getting this quote. I can see why Debbie likes him. Very inspirational! He's also correct! You can be happy one day and sad the next... it's OK and it's 100% normal, so if you feel that way from time to time. You're OK... and it's OK to feel that way. Just don't CONTINUE to feel that way. Find something that makes you smile and go do that!
