Steve Jobs said "Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life." I agree with this quote SO MUCH! It's a sad thing to witness, but I've seen it a few times. Someone who is living the life their parents planned for them, when they have a completely different set of interests. I have a friend who struggles with alcohol. It finally dawned on me why that is. His life was planned out for him before he was even born. His well meaning parents planned for him to be a doctor. He followed their path... and it leads him to the bottom of a bottle many days. He's not a fan of the stress and pressures that come with his destined life.... live your own life!
