Winters said “All you can do is all you can do... if all you can do
is still not good enough, then go do something else” I love this
quote. I've not heard it until Barb shared it! Think about the number
of people who live like this! If your boss is constantly expecting
MORE from you that you're able to give, maybe it's time to go
somewhere else... someplace where you'll be appreciated for all you
are able to give. It's not a good idea to stay somewhere when you're
giving your all, but that's not enough. You will get burned out and
they're still not happy with the result! You would be better off
finding a good fit for you! They'd probably be better off too!
