Albert Camus said "Those who lack the courage will always find a philosophy to justify it" That might hit a little too close to home for some of us... myself included! There are times I lack courage to do things. I always have a good reason to avoid it for a bit. I think that by putting it off.. I'm somehow going to be less afraid to tackle it tomorrow. That's never worked. All that happens is the delay gives me even more anxiety to build up over this thing I want to avoid. My advice?! Tackle these things head on. Dive in... get it over with and lick your wounds when you're done. Here's what I've found... in my life anyway... it's never as bad as I expected... so get it done!
