Plato said “Good people do not need laws to act responsibly, while bad people will find a way around the laws” I love this. Plato was a pretty smart dude! Think about what he stated here. You can make something illegal... but if someone is OK breaking the law... they don't care if it's legal or not. Meanwhile, if you're a law-abiding citizen, You're most likely NOT going to do things that are illegal, whether there's a law or not. I understand that people who are elected into office... they want to make it FEEL like they're doing SOMETHING to help... and I get that. I wish they'd think it through a little to realize that Plato knew something about this a few thousand years ago!
