Elisabeth Elliot said “To pray ‘Thy will be done’, I must be willing, if the answer requires it, that my will be undone.” I love that. I've not really thought of that before, but it is so very true!! When you're praying the Lord's prayer, you're asking HIS WILL be done... not OUR WILL. Sometimes I struggle to know which is which. There are things I feel that I'm called to do, but then I wonder WHY! Is it because this is what I want to do, of is this something that I'm called to do? This can be a struggle to know the difference, but the difference between these two makes a BIG difference! I wish I had a better way to tell you how you can tell, but that's something I struggle with too!
