None of us are perfect, we all fall short... and we all fail at some things. That's OK. I recently met Ryan Leak. He is a great speaker and he has a documentary called “Chasing Failure”. He encourages you to step out and FAIL MORE! Why in the world would you want to fail? Because FAILING is a step forward... if you learn from the failure. Think of the number of times you've failed, but you learned from that failure and moved forward. Get out there and fail, then win!
