Dwight Eisenhower said "Leadership is the art of getting someone else to do something you want done because he wants to do it." Excellent quote. I sure wish I was better at this. I'm horrible at delegating things to others. I think it's because I have a storied past of tales that have ended in disaster when I've tried to let someone else handle it. I'm only HALF kidding. I know some people who are so good at this. I'm just not one of them. I do find that I gravitate towards just doing it... rather than asking anyone else to help. I know this limits how much I can get done though, so I need to work on this! How about you? Are you good at delegating? Maybe we could all use help!
