Malcolm X said “Be peaceful, be courteous, obey the law, respect everyone; but if someone puts his hand on you, send him to the cemetery.” WOW, that's quite the quote! I can relate to this. When I was a kid, there were three boys and three girls in my family. I'm number three, right in the middle. We had other kids in the neighborhood and we had a fight or two. My dad told us to never start a fight, but it was OK to finish the fight. That happened a time or two. Thank goodness it was never as serious as our quote from Malcom X, but it built some character for sure. My younger brother and I were in wrestling, then later in boxing. I was never really a “fighter” but I could if needed.
