J.K. Rowling said "It takes a great deal of courage to stand up to your enemies, but even more to stand up to your friends." What a great quote! JK Rowling is a super successful author. Her Harry Potter books have made her very wealthy. The craziest thing for me is, the number of times she was turned down before she finally got a book deal. Did you know that TWELVE PUBLISHERS said no to her... yeah... a DOZEN publishers said “I don't think this Harry Potter thing is any good”.... well... fortunately, she didn't let them stop her. The THIRTEENTH publisher was pretty happy too. These books and movies have made all of them MILLIONS of dollars over the years. So if you have a bad day, remember the dozen publishers that said NO to JK Rowling!
