Ralph Nader said "The function of leadership is to produce more leaders, not more followers." I like that. I know there are some people who are not a fam of Ralph Nader, but he has some great quotes! We had another one a while back that was pretty good! I think he's spot on with today's quote. A good leader should STRIVE to help develop more good leaders! Too many times though, it seems like there are people in leadership positions who like to lead but do not want to give others a chance to learn their role. If that's the way you do things, keep this in mind. Someday you will be gone. Then what? Who will keep your dream alive if you never taught anyone else how to run your company?
