Excellent quote. This is one of the hardest things to watch. To see someone invest their time and energy into building a business... or someone work hard on an idea of some kind, but they fall short of succeeding. You never know just how close you were. It can haunt you. What if I would have made that one additional call. What if I would have tried this one last thing. I watched a guy give up a company that was failing, and the new owners made it successful quickly. Their changes were small, but important!
