Bill Gates said "Your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning." I agree 100%! You never really learn how to improve when people only tell you POSITIVE things! I started working at a different radio station 20 years ago. My first week there, I went into a business to visit about advertising. I thought he was gonna punch me. He had a bad experience with us in the past. I thanked him for letting me know, then I asked if he'd tell me more about it. He shared some things that a former manager did wrong. I assured him I wouldn't do anything like that and we became great friends, and he worked with us!
