Dr. Paul Tinkle said “Ask for a lot of money and you'll get a lot! Ask for a little money and you'll get a little.” I find this to very accurate! Twenty years ago, I started a company where we would record ads for radio stations mainly, but for others too. I was charging ten dollars. It took me a minute or two, so I thought that was pretty good. I had a client tell me to ADD A ZERO! He said “the quality of your work is good enough to charge a hundred dollars per ad” It was so scary to me... but I started TRYING that. Not only was it OK with other people, my closing ration went UP! I'm sure it's because the perceived value went up! 10X!
