Jeff Dostal said “68% of customers leave a business relationship because of a perceived attitude of indifference on the part of the company.” I absolutely agree. There's a company I used to do business with about once a month, sometimes more than once a month. I was not a big customer, but I was pretty consistent. They'd send me an email with an offer fishing for a sale... and quite often I'd bite! Then they got political. They sell stickers! Why be political? They lost so much business they thought they could get people back by taking the opposing view. WRONG, they lost the other half! I'll bet that cost them millions!
