Roald Dahl said "If you have good thoughts they will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely." I love this. My son is a big fan of Roald Dahl's work. He was an amazing author. He's also right. When you have good thoughts you do shine! If you have bad thoughts, they can also materialize in bad ways. Do your very best to lean into the good thoughts and find ways to have more of those. Social media is filled with negativity, sometimes it can be hard to avoid the negativity in life, but if you can skip that stuff, you'll be much happier in life. Sometimes I wish life could be as easy as fb, where we can just block bad people!
