John C. Maxwell said "A great leader's courage to fulfill his vision comes from passion, not position." I agree 100%! I've worked with people in larger organizations where the person at the top was good at what they do, but they have an army of people below then who MAKE them good! They don't have that position, but they have passion! They put their heart and soul into a company that belongs to someone else, in hopes that they are noticed and can climb up that ladder a rung or two. I did this myself for a few decades, then I jumped off that ladder and made my own. For me, that was right, but it's not for everyone!
