JRR Tolkien said "All that is gold does not glitter, not all those who wander are lost; the old that is strong does not wither, deep roots are not reached by the frost." This is an excerpt from JRR Tolkien's book "The Fellowship of the Ring" I need to admit. I've never read this book series... and I've never watched the movies. OK, now that I've come clean with you on that, we can move forward. I agree with the sentiment of today's quote. There are times when we see things a certain way, but in reality they are not even close. Just because something FEELS like a good thing, does not inherently make it a good thing... and the same is true the other way. Just because something seems like a bad thing... does not itself make it bad. You need to look at each instance and think for yourself. Use your better judgment to decide for yourself!
