Peter Thiel said “Brilliant thinking is rare, but courage is in even shorter supply.” What a great quote. Do you know brilliant people? I do. I love to hang out with super smart friends. There are times it make me feel smarter, but sometimes it has the exact opposite reaction. I've walked away realizing that I'm not using all of my potential. One of these friends is a builder. Many people have looked at this guy and thought he was just some guy who is doing a lowly manual labor job. For the record, I've never thought that of anyone, these are my people, but I met this guy when I was about 19. He is a few years older than me. He uses all of his brain somehow. I've watched him develop new methods to do things. I've seen him start new companies and build some of the most amazing things. Because he's doing what he's meant to be doing.
