Abby Wambach said "I've never scored a goal in my life without getting a pass from someone else." Very true! When the very best football quarterback makes a pass, someone has to catch it. When the best baseball player throws the ball, someone has to catch it. Whether you're on the giving side or the receiving side, there are often other people in the equation. I was honored to have been a part of an amazing radio team back in 2005. When I started the company had not hit a goal in a long time. I made some adjustments to the very same team of people. We began hitting and exceeding our goals. It was not me, but I was part of the team that did this. We all worked together, sometimes better than other times. This gave me the confidence to start a company to do my own thing. It's been amazing. Teamwork is awesome!
