Guglielmo Marconi said "Every day sees humanity more victorious in the struggle with space and time." What a quote! Imagine what Marconi would think about the new technologies we have today. He's known by many as the inventor of the radio... back in 1895 he was successful in sending audio over the airwaves. Some will point out that Nicola Tesla had created a similar technology first and even won a patent battle, but Marconi was the first to be commercially successful. Either way, they both hold a special place in MY heart as a broadcaster. I think Marconi would be astonished at the technology we have now. I think Tesla may have actually expected this technology to have been done sooner! He was far ahead of his time!
