Arthur Ashe said "True heroism is not the urge to surpass all others at whatever cost, but the urge to serve others at whatever cost." I love this. Be a hero to your community and and serve others! I get the chance to help at many events in our area because I own a sound system and I set it up at events to play music and let people make announcements at the events. I get invited to these events often and I love doing this. I think this is one of my favorite things about being a radio broadcaster. Getting the chance to plug into my community to help at events like this! You can do this too, even without speakers, just show up and help out. You'll be amazed at how many people you'll meet by making yourself available to help at events in your community.
