Eleanor Roosevelt said "Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people." Trust me, the irony is not lost that I'm talking about a PERSON while telling you small minds talk about people.... but there is so much truth in this little quote. I've been in conversations where we talk about ideas and events and they seem to be productive, but when the focus turns to people, it never seems to be as productive! Talk about IDEAS and EVENTS... you'll feel much smarter!
