There's a great anonymous quote that says "To live a creative life, we must lose our fear of being wrong." I love this... because I've watched this happen with my own eyes. I worked at a radio station with a manager that was a bit overbearing. When we had meetings, everyone was afraid to say anything because they didn't want to have him call them out. I asked him to skip a meeting when we were working on promotion ideas. Everyone shared freely with no fear of having a “bad idea” or being wrong. It was amazing to see the difference!! Be willing to be wrong... it can be great!
