It's makes so much sense to put yourself in a position to be happy... by EXPECTING to be happy. Thinking positively and hoping for good things. I've met people who are always kind of “down in the dumps” and they wonder why everything seems to go wrong. I try really hard to move from day to day with a smile on my face. Sometimes, even when it really doesn't belong there! But that smile turns other things around and then it seems to work out!
