Henry Ford said "Don't find fault, find a remedy; anybody can complain." Oh I like this one. I used to work at a radio station in Nebraska. I had a co-worker... we'll call him Joe, because that's his name. One Monday morning on the radio, I asked him how his weekend was... he said “pretty boring... there's nothing to do in this town” well that weekend I barely got any sleep because I was a part of an event that involved thousands of people and dozens of volunteers. I kind of unloaded on Joe about complaining that there's nothing to do... then asked “what are YOU doing to fix that Joe?” He didn't really have an answer.... do you?
