Napoleon Hill said "The ability to influence people without irritating them is the most profitable skill you can learn." So true! If you push too far and turn people away... that's not good! If you don't follow up enough and people go elsewhere... that's not good either. There's a fine line in the middle. This is where you want to be. The best way to find out where that line is?!? Ask! Set expectations by asking what your clients want! If you don't know... you'll never hit the mark. ASK and you'll be surprised how much they'll appreciate that! Like Mr. Hill said....
