When we speak in a positive and helpful way about the things that matter to us... we win over the hearts and minds of others. Please don't make the mistake of being negative or rude to make your point. That may have an instant impact, but the long-lasting effect will almost always be less. You can not force people to see things your way. If you push people... they will move, but only temporarily... move their hearts and they stay moved!
