Stephen Covey said “Unless you're continually improving your skills, you're quickly becoming irrelevant.” I agree! I remember talking to a guy who said his business was “going with the flow”. I reminded him that the flow is ALWAYS going downhill! Be careful not to fall into that trap. Doing what everyone else is doing it BECAUSE they're doing it. If it's the right thing for you... do it... but don't make YOUR plans based on what others are doing. They're not you... you're not them. Be yourself and do what YOU need to do to be more successful! Sometimes that means you're putting in extra work.... but it is worth it!
